Multiple Parade of Homes honors for Bay Area Contracting

JULY 2008 - Bay Area Contracting, a relative newcomer to the Northern Michigan construction industry, received a total of four awards for its entry in the 2008 Parade of Homes for homes valued up to $350,000, including the prestigious "People's Choice" award.

The company also took third place for "Interior Decorating and Design," third place for "Judges' Choice" and second place for "First Year Participant."

Bay Area Contracting, which serves both commercial and residential clients, was founded in 2007 by the husband-and-wife team of Dean and Tricia Adams. Says Dean, who has over ten years of construction experience in the Traverse City area, "We work hard to build quality and value into our homes, and to have it recognized in this way - especially among such a fine group of participants - is a great honor."
