When Shane Inman purchased the nearly 50-year-old downtown Traverse City house that would serve as both his home and headquarters of his interior design firm, The Inman Company, he knew it needed updating. With BAC’s help, a complete renovation transformed it into a bright, contemporary space that echoes a studio loft, with an all-white color scheme, chrome accents, industrial-style vinyl composition tile laid diagonally, built-in storage and display, a custom master closet and frosted glass interior doors. Other updates include new electrical wiring and plumbing, a second bathroom, new hardware, a new full-panel front door, and striking new interior lighting.
